Welcome to the fourth video in this series of my recent interview with Kelly Yee.

In this episode, A New Aging Mindset, I describe some aspects of the Baby Boomer generation; how we have very strong mindsets. We see ourselves as leaders who can bring about change in the world. As we grow older, we carry these mindsets as we face the challenges and opportunities of these new stages of life.

While the Baby Boomers have shown the way in many aspects of our culture for all these years, it is important to note that each generation has unique and significant contributions to make. Having some dialogues between generations might be helpful.
