My personal background.

I am a therapist in my early 70’s and have gone through many of my own life transitions in the past few decades.  I have dealt with a number of health challenges and am experiencing the aging  process in my own life.  However, my perceptions of the aging process are much more positive now. I see how rich the second half of life can be. I have a deeper understanding and acceptance of who I am and what I bring to this world.

My warm and supportive style puts clients at ease and helps them open to their inner thoughts and feelings.  I offer unconditional acceptance, deep insight and a gentle spirit to support my clients in their journey. I am intuitive and follow a sense of what feels true, in both my personal and professional life. I bring my own personal growth work into my counselling practice and am able to share with my clients the knowledge, awareness and skills I have acquired.

I am a lifelong learner and am continually dedicated to taking care of my overall development: body, mind and spirit.   I hold to high ethical standards in all areas of life and assure each client of confidentiality.

I look forward to speaking with you.
